I lead supply chain and procurement transformation within one of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious giga-project environments, working at the intersection of strategy, execution, and national impact.

Over more than 20 years, my journey has shaped how I lead today. I started my career with humble beginnings, and through consistency, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership, I have grown into leading complex functions that influence not only organizations, but broader ecosystems aligned with Vision 2030.

My work focuses on building supply chain and procurement systems that are not only efficient, but meaningful driving local content development, strengthening national capability, and creating long-term value. At the core of my leadership is people.

I care deeply about how teams grow, how individuals see themselves, and how leaders shape the environments around them. I invest in mentoring, developing future leaders, and creating cultures where accountability and support coexist. I believe leadership is not just about decisions, it is about awareness, consistency, and the ability to elevate others.
