Moufid brings over a decade of combined experience in management consulting and the industrial sector across the GCC region. He focuses on procurement and supply chain transformation, localization, and operational excellence, helping organizations enhance performance and build long-term resilience.
He has extensive experience in building new procurement functions from the ground up and transforming existing ones to deliver strategic and sustainable value. His work includes designing and implementing target operating models, policies, and category strategies; deploying advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools; and driving performance improvements across sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
Moufid has supported both public and private sector entities in optimizing value chains, developing governance frameworks, and enabling cost efficiency across diverse industries. Before joining Efficio, he worked with leading consulting and EPC organizations, bridging strategic and operational perspectives to deliver lasting impact. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
