About
As a passionate procurement professional with over 24 years of experience, I have dedicated myself to raising the maturity and excellence of supply chain and procurement in Saudi Arabia and the region. I believe that supply chain is a strategic enabler for achieving the Saudi Vision 2030, by creating value, fostering innovation, and developing local content and capabilities in the Kingdom.
Currently, I serve as the Vice President of Supply Chain at TAHAKOM, a leading technology company that provides smart solutions for various sectors. I manage the sourcing and contracting of technology partners and oversee the procurement of 10 to 15 billion SAR annually, with 90% of the spend under management. I have delivered over $1 billion in savings and captured over 10 billion SAR in local content, while enhancing the sustainability and digitalization of the supply chain processes and systems.
I have also received multiple global awards for my procurement transformation and leadership, and I regularly share my insights and best practices through publications, conferences, and panels. In addition, I am a board member and a founding member of the Supply Chain and Procurement Society, a national organization that aims to advance the profession and the sector in the region.
