I am a Consulting Manager with 15+ years of experience delivering supply chain transformation, procurement reform, and spending efficiency programs across public and private sector organizations. I specialize in designing governance frameworks, operational transformation initiatives, and value-for-money strategies that improve performance, strengthen financial oversight, and support strategic decision-making.
Throughout my career, I have led complex transformation programs that translate strategic priorities into structured initiatives delivering measurable operational and financial impact. My work focuses on enabling organizations to optimize procurement and supply chain functions while improving transparency, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
Previously, I served as Director General of Spending Efficiency, where I established and led the ministry’s spending efficiency office and oversaw a portfolio of more than 100 improvement initiatives. These programs generated approximately SAR 5B in annual savings while strengthening financial governance and operational performance. This work contributed to the organization achieving first place nationally in the government spending efficiency program.
Earlier in my career, I contributed to the supply chain planning and operational readiness of a $20B+ petrochemical complex, supporting the successful start-up of one of the world’s largest integrated chemical production facilities.
