Abdulgadir Mustafa [AGM] is a well-recognized Supply Chain practitioner in the region, knowledgeable Instructor and an experienced Project leader. He is an HR’ partner, Change agent and Lean/Transformation facilitator. AGM is an expert in BPM & Lean Thinking, ERP Systems, related IT’ Solutions & Implementation initiatives. He is also familiar with Corporate and Business Strategies, Policies & Procedures, ISO-QMS & Standards, Performance Management, using KPIs and Balanced Scorecard.

AGM is holding the Degree of Master of Science in Operations and Supply Chain Management (O&SCM) from University of Liverpool (UOL). AGM is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS, Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, holder of (CSCM/CSCA/CHSCM/CHSCA) from ISCEA and also certified in Change Management Process (CMP) from Prosci. AGM has attended more than 50-extensive training and development Courses, Workshops, Seminars and Conferences, locally & globally.

AGM has more than 26-Years of meticulous working experience in 5 prominent companies, (AYTB, ARASCO, L'azurde Group, Riyadh Furniture and Al-Sharq Plastic Industries), handling several positions – (exploiting intermittent, discrete, process and continuous-flow manufacturing scenarios, project and service-oriented environments) – related to ERP implementation and consulting, IT operations, Supply Chain and Project management, Planning (Strategic, Tactical & Operational), Human Resources, Business process management & Re-engineering, Change management and several Transformation endeavors.

AGM has also teaching experience with Sudan University of Science & Technology (SUST), King Saud University (KSU), worked with German Development Service Organization (DED) and OAU.

AGM is the author of "Methodical Approach for Lean Transformation" – MALT Model/Framework, for Holistic, Adaptive & Systematic (HAS) Transformation of Organizations & Supply Chains/Networks.
